Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be tried on indoors only. Returns showing signs of wear, outdoor use, or damage beyond initial fitting will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before sending any items back.
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions by email, including how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will make it right.
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Shoes that show signs of wear, use, or damage beyond initial indoor fitting

  • Socks, underwear, or other intimate items once opened or worn

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
